FRESH WHOLE-FLOWER HOPS
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will issue a refund upon the return of your product. If you are concerned about a package damaged in transit, know that hops are hardy, so don’t worry about them losing potency or quality. Please note that Freshops.com will not pay for shipping or refund shipping costs.
We personally inspect and select each rhizome before we send it to ensure that each one we ship is healthy, vigorous, and arrives in good condition. Because of the fragile nature of a living rhizome, we cannot accept returns on rhizome orders. We will gladly replace damaged hops provided you connect directly with us WITHIN 3 DAYS of arrival. Hop rhizomes should be refrigerated upon receipt. A white fuzzy mold is not uncommon and can be removed by dipping the affected rhizomes in a dilute bleach/water solution and carefully wash with a soft brush (for example, a fine paintbrush.)
