Here at Freshops.com, we strive to offer you the best quality fresh whole-flower hops, hops rhizomes, and accessories. We apologize if you received the incorrect item or are not entirely satisfied with the product, and we will work with you to rectify the situation.

FRESH WHOLE-FLOWER HOPS
If you are unsatisfied with your order, we will issue a refund upon the return of your product. If you are concerned about a package damaged in transit, know that hops are hardy, so don’t worry about them losing potency or quality. Please note that Freshops.com will not pay for shipping or refund shipping costs.
HOPS RHIZOMES
We personally inspect and select each rhizome before we send it to ensure that each one we ship is healthy, vigorous, and arrives in good condition. Because of the fragile nature of a living rhizome, we cannot accept returns on rhizome orders. We will gladly replace damaged hops provided you connect directly with us WITHIN 3 DAYS of arrival. Hop rhizomes should be refrigerated upon receipt. A white fuzzy mold is not uncommon and can be removed by dipping the affected rhizomes in a dilute bleach/water solution and carefully wash with a soft brush (for example, a fine paintbrush.)

Because we do our best to process your online orders quickly, cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis. Payments processed through Freshops.com are processed by a 3rd party vendor, Paypal. They ensure the safety of your credit card information, even if you don’t have a PayPal account. No PayPal account is required to complete purchases. No credit card or payment information is collected or stored by Freshops.com.
